I have decided to try out a college scholarship which would require me to write an essay in order to gauge my ability and strengths. I have no other choice but to try all options possible just so I can get into college. Given that I would need to fend for myself and secure a wonderful future, the meager income that I earn as a waitress simply won’t hack it. I would need to prepare well if I intend to land the scholarship.

I have been practicing for many weeks now to sharpen my writing skills. I have even looked on a number of theme essay example online to give me an idea on the possible topics which may be raised. This is the only option I have, and I would need to make sure I have done everything I can given the opportunity. I would want a better future for myself and be able to look forward to better days.
